Russian Versus German Tiers VII through IX

I like the Tiger II better than the IS 3 for sraight up Hard hitting and armor protection..What do you think in World of Tanks?Please discuss Tier VII through Tier IX Tanks only and just give your opnion on your tank or research you have done..All comments are welcome..
